ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Virtual Assistant at Black Sapphire, you are responsible for finding creative and fast solutions to a wide variety of situations. You, with the support from our internal teams, will be the Wizard who makes everything so seamless that it looks like it gets solved by magic at Black Sapphire.

You will also create and deliver the best customer experience ever for our Luxury Clients.

You must have hands-on, quick-answering experience with LinkedIn, Facebook, email, Whatsapp, and others.

At the same time, you are expected to be creative, move fast and be highly adaptable to change since this role is critical for our focus on growth at Black Sapphire and the development of a loyal and satisfied base of clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Booking Guests for Interviews, Collaborations, Podcasts: From finding the right fits for our episodes to contacting them and making them say a big YES to be in our show.
  • Curating Lists of Emails: We do cold-outreaching to find new clients. Your job will be to curate lists of contacts that our robots find in Linkedin. We will then contact the people that you determine are a match with our Agency.
  • Finding the right candidates to join the team: You will have the mission to find A Plus Players for each role that we want to hire next in our Agency. That means posting job descriptions and manually reaching out to the best players you can find.
  • Being the First Point of Contact: From Clients of our Agency to other people that reach out to us. You will be in charge of the first answer (if you know what to do), or the response once we’ve decided a solution.
  • Keeping us accountable for important dates: From birthdays (with gift ideas, emails or notes for the special person) to following-up on specific dates we committed to.
  • Being a Spam Warrior and Negative Clients Shield: You will be the diplomatic and calm answer to any kind of not-so-positive message we receive.

REQUIREMENTS

  • DNA-level desire to serve and be helpful
  • Resourceful to find solutions when we are (apparently) running out of options
  • Ultra-human ability to remember things and events.
  • Outstanding listening skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent messaging etiquette.
  • Multidisciplinary (from answering emails to Billionaires to buying a birthday gift)
  • Eye for Aesthetics.

     

  • You have been a VA for a company with more than 10 team members (video and proof will be required in the application)
  • You have worked as a VA for a Millionaire (at least one)
  • You have been a VA for the same person/company for more than a year in a row.
  • Prove that you’ve done before at least 5 of the tasks mentioned in Responsibilities.
  • BONUS: Show proof of experience on the Yachts, Jets industry. Alternatively, with (luxury) products or services—like real estate, jewelry, designer clothes.

COMPENSATION MODEL

  • If tasks have a clear beginning and end, you’ll be paid per goal accomplished.
  • Also, you’ll start by doing the easiest, ongoing tasks at a rate of $10/h.
  • After 2-3 months, if we are still a fit, you will manage more complex tasks or the ones that require the most trust at a rate of $15/h.
  • You can also expect extra tasks by objectives (paid as bonuses once accomplished)

VI(a).  In the first 30 days partnering we’ll be amazed at how you solve situations at lightning-speed with autonomy and impeccable accountability

and we’ll continue partnering for 1-2 more months (similar volume)

VI(b).  In the first 30 days partnering you don’t achieve the goals or we have to spend more time detailing every step than doing it ourselves.

In that case, we will analyze the scenario and see if it’s feasible to continue teaming up.
